Italian Wine Dinner

Join us for an Italian food and wine experience that interweaves the wines of Pizzini from the King Valley with the flavours of Central Victoria.

The Argus Dining Room’s chef Suthat Sathittanakun has curated a four course menu matched to six Pizzini wines, which will be introduced by the winemaker throughout the dinner. From their refreshing Prosecco with a selection of canapés, to crisp and tangy Pinot Grigio with Mount Franklin Zucchini Flowers and a delicious Nebbiolo with duck, the evening will be a feast for all the senses and a chance to learn more about this iconic winery.
