Each year, a major radiology group brings its teams together at Mineral Springs Hotel for a dedicated day of connection, collaboration and celebration.The conference is held in theatre style, providing a focused setting for presentations and shared learning. Morning tea and afternoon refreshments are served in the foyer and private courtyard, giving delegates space to step away, connect and catch up.A three-course lunch in the Argus Dining Room is a highlight of the annual gathering.As the day draws to a close, the focus shifts to a social gathering, with delegates enjoying drinks and canapes on the front lawn ad enjoying warm season.

Professional Association Conference

When a national professional association brought its members together for a two-day conference, Mineral Springs Hotel provided a dedicated setting for focused learning, connection and collaboration. The conference was held in cabaret style in the Rolleri Centre, with a professional live-streaming setup allowing additional delegates to participate remotely throughout the two days. Having the hotel booked exclusively for the event, meant the delegates could utilise the entire property for group work in addition to the breakout Sutton Rooms.

Productive and Social
Long conference days were balanced with relaxed opportunities to connect. Delegates enjoyed buffet breakfasts each morning and a banquet lunch in the Argus Dining Room, before gathering in the Conservatory for a cocktail soiree at the end of the conference.

This intimate executive retreat offered the space and privacy needed for focused discussion, strategic thinking and meaningful connection for senior leaders. With just 12 delegates, the hotel provided a relaxed yet professional environment, with the flexibility to move between meeting sessions, shared meals and informal conversations. Casual lunch was enjoyed in the Conservatory, while an à la carte dinner in the Private Dining Room created a more exclusive setting to finish the day.
