Villa Parma has been meticulously refurbished to contemporary standards, using traditional materials retaining its historic links to the past but sympathetically revived for a whole new generation of holidaymakers. Imported Italian fittings and fixtures, marble cobblestone tiles, indulgent touches of luxurious fabrics and plush rugs over original polished Baltic pine flooring, all complement the Italian-style 19th century property.
The front door of Villa Parma opens onto a grand dining room featuring an antique oak dining table, original hand painted French mantle mirror, elegant chandelier and original lime washed rendered walls. The adjacent butler’s kitchen has everything you need if you’re staying in or hiring a caterer. Forming the heart of the upper floor is a spacious, yet cosy living room with large, deep leather sofas, French-style chairs, lavish rugs and entertainment system.
The four bedrooms are beautifully appointed, each with a luxurious ensuite and two include a freestanding two person spa. The villa also offers a private garden and Al fresco dining area.
