All direct bookings must be confirmed with a 50% deposit at the time of booking
All online bookings must be confirmed with a 100% deposit at the time of booking
A 2% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions (excludes EFTPOS transactions)
All direct deposit bank transfers must be received no later than close of business 2 business days after making the reservation
The bank transfer payment option is not available if arrival is within 48hrs of making the reservation
Check-in time is 2.00pm and check-out is 11.00am
Final full payment for accommodation packages is required on check-in
A $100 credit card pre-authorisation is required on check-in
Guests checking-in outside reception hours are requested to contact the hotel with an estimated time of arrival, and arrange final full payment of accommodation packages and a credit card pre-authorisation prior to arrival
Early check-ins /late check-outs are subject to availability within 24 hours of arrival / departure date and may incur extra charges
Peppers Mineral Springs Hotel reserves the right to charge any rate increases on transferred bookings and gift vouchers

The client shall remain responsible at all times for any loss or damage to Peppers Mineral Springs Hotel, which has been caused by the guest, or the guests’ invitees
The client shall accept the amount for loss and damage provided to the client by Peppers Mineral Springs Hotel and shall not dispute such an amount
The client shall pay the amount (if any) for such loss and damage within seven (7) days of receiving notification of such amount from Peppers Mineral Springs Hotel

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Peppers Mineral Springs Hotel reserves the right to allocate your booking to a similar room type of equal style & tariff
Tariffs apply for additional guests staying in the room so please advise Peppers Mineral Springs Hotel and make the necessary payment. Should additional unpaid guests be found, the booking may be cancelled and you may be asked to vacate if payment for the additional guests is not forthcoming
A key replacement fee of $25 will be charged in the event that the room key issued at check in is not returned to reception on departure
Pets are not permitted to stay on the property. Failure to comply will result in an additional $200 cleaning fee
All accommodation rooms and public areas at Peppers Mineral Springs Hotel, Mineral Spa and Villa Parma are non-smoking. Failure to comply will result in an additional $200 cleaning fee

Additional Costs

Peppers Mineral Springs Hotel reserves the right to debit your credit card or request payment in full for any outstanding charges that apply to your booking. This includes extra cleaning, excess rubbish removal, additional unpaid guests, extended stays, late checkouts, lost keys, in-house room charges, repairs and damage to property

Villa Parma – (applies to Villa Parma bookings only)

To ensure the safety of guests and the sustainability of this heritage listed property, a maximum number of 8 guests are insured. Events, parties and gatherings are not permitted on the premises without prior written consent from Peppers Mineral Springs Hotel General Manager and may result in your booking being cancelled without refund

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for both medical and cancellation coverage

Cancellation notified less than 10 days prior to arrival:

Accommodation will be transferred to an alternative date providing the room is resold
If the accommodation is not re-sold, deposit will be fully forfeited
A $50 administration fee will apply to all cancelled/transferred bookings

Cancellations notified more than 10 days prior to arrival:

The booking will be transferred to an alternative date. Alternatively, a voucher will be provided for a future booking when an alternative date is unknown OR a refund will be issued of the deposit paid (less the $50 administration fee)
A $50 administration fee per room will apply to all cancelled/transferred bookings
Peppers Mineral Springs Hotel reserves the right to charge any rate increases on transferred bookings and gift vouchers

All bookings of 3 or more rooms are classified as ‘group bookings’

Group Booking cancellation notified less than 21 days prior to arrival:

Accommodation will be transferred to an alternative date providing the room/s are resold
If the accommodation is not re-sold, the deposit will be fully forfeited
A $50 administration fee per room will apply to all cancelled/transferred bookings

Group Booking cancellations notified more than 21 days prior to arrival:

The booking will be transferred to an alternative date. Alternatively, a voucher will be provided for a future booking when an alternative date is unknown OR a refund will be issued of the deposit paid (less the $50 administration fee)
A $50 administration fee per room will apply to all cancelled/transferred bookings
Peppers Mineral Springs Hotel reserves the right to charge any rate increases on transferred bookings and gift vouchers

A $50 administration fee will apply to all cancelled/transferred bookings
Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total tariff
Cancellations made 30 days or less and more than 7 days before arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total tariff
Cancellations made 7 days or less before arrival will incur a cancellation fee 100% of the total tariff
A request to change dates 7 days or less before arrival must be made by telephone during office hours and may be deemed to be a cancellation in the event that the property is not re-booked for the original dates
Should the property be re-booked you may elect to use the balance of your deposit – less the administration fee of $50 – or pay the total tariff and accept an Accommodation Coupon valid for up to 6 months

A full refund will be given with at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation
Cancellations within 48 hours of your treatment or bathing date are charged in full
There can be no amendments made to the booking within the cancellation period
Cancellations of treatments of one person from a dual treatment room booking may result in loss of booking for both parties
