Booking Terms and Conditions

Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 11am
Full payment for accommodation is required 24 Hours prior to arrival
Guests checking-in outside reception hours are requested to contact the hotel with an estimated time of arrival
Early check-ins /late check-outs are subject to availability within 24 hours of arrival / departure date and may incur extra charges
Mineral Springs Hotel reserves the right to charge any rate increases on transferred bookings and gift vouchers.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for both medical and cancellation coverage
Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival will incur a $50 fee per room
Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit the full accommodation charge
A $50 fee per room will apply to all transferred bookings

A full refund will be given with at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation
Cancellations within 48 hours of your treatment or bathing date are charged in full
There can be no amendments made to the booking within the cancellation period

The client shall remain responsible at all times for any loss or damage to Mineral Springs Hotel, which has been caused by the guest, or the guests’ invitees
The client shall accept the amount for loss and damage provided to the client by Mineral Springs Hotel and shall not dispute such an amount
The client shall pay the amount (if any) for such loss and damage within seven (7) days of receiving notification of such amount from Mineral Springs Hotel

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Mineral Springs Hotel reserves the right to allocate your booking to a similar room type of equal style and tariff
Tariffs apply for additional guests staying in the room so please advise Mineral Springs Hotel and make the necessary payment. Should additional unpaid guests be found, the booking may be cancelled and you may be asked to vacate if payment for the additional guests is not forthcoming
A key replacement fee of $25 will be charged in the event that the room key issued at check in is not returned to reception on departure
Pets are not permitted to stay on the property. Failure to comply will result in an additional $200 cleaning fee
All accommodation rooms and public areas at Mineral Springs Hotel, Mineral Spa and Villa Parma are non-smoking. Failure to comply will result in an additional $200 cleaning fee.

Mineral Springs Hotel reserves the right to debit your credit card or request payment in full for any outstanding charges that apply to your booking. This includes extra cleaning, excess rubbish removal, additional unpaid guests, extended stays, late checkouts, lost keys, in-house room charges, repairs and damage to property.

To ensure the safety of guests and the sustainability of this heritage listed property, a maximum number of 8 guests are insured. Events, parties and gatherings are not permitted on the premises without prior written consent from Mineral Springs Hotel General Manager and may result in your booking being cancelled without refund.
